Kim, M.S. CCC-SLP

Kim is an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with over 30 years of practice across educational, medical, and university settings. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE). Kim began her career working 14 years in Illinois public schools while also serving as an adjunct instructor at SIUE and providing part-time speech therapy in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, home health, and early intervention.

After relocating to Missouri, Kim spent 13 years as an Instructor in the University of Central Missouri Communication Disorders program, where she taught undergraduate and graduate courses, supervised clinical work, coordinated the Rite Care Literacy Clinic, and served as Off-site Clinical Coordinator. She also worked part-time with Liberty Public Schools and has been an active member of the Missouri Speech-Language-Hearing Association, holding leadership roles including Vice President of Legislation and Vice President of School Services.

Specializing in supervision, literacy, autism, and speech therapy, Kim is passionate about helping individuals communicate effectively to live life to the fullest.
