The Pediatric Place is hiring for a Speech-Language Pathologist Job in Clinton, MO to join our collaborative multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about helping children improve communication, confidence, and quality of life.
At The Pediatric Place, we provide comprehensive pediatric therapy services designed to support the whole child. Our outpatient clinics in Clinton and Knob Noster, Missouri offer speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), mental health services, and medical nutrition therapy in a collaborative and supportive environment.
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work with a diverse pediatric caseload and collaborate closely with therapists and healthcare professionals who are committed to empowering children and families through innovative, evidence-based care.

What You’ll Do
As a Speech-Language Pathologist at The Pediatric Place, you will provide individualized evaluation and treatment services for children with a wide range of communication and developmental needs.
You will have the opportunity to work with children experiencing articulation disorders, phonological disorders, apraxia, fluency challenges, language delays, and other communication difficulties while collaborating with a supportive interdisciplinary team.

Compensation:
- Competitive salary ranging from $65,000 – $75,000 annually

Education: bachelor degree
Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- Passion for working with pediatric patients and families
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to evidence-based and patient-centered care
- Experience with pediatric speech and language disorders preferred

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat pediatric speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs
- Address articulation, phonology, apraxia, and fluency disorders
- Support children with language and communication challenges
- Conduct AAC evaluations and assist with AAC programming when applicable
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, counselors, ABA professionals, and dietitians
- Educate and support families throughout the therapy process
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Create engaging and developmentally appropriate therapy sessions
