What You’ll Do
As a Registered Behavior Technician at The Pediatric Place, you will provide one-on-one behavioral therapy services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
You will play an important role in helping children develop communication, behavioral, social, and daily living skills while supporting individualized treatment goals in a safe and encouraging environment.

Education: high school
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Willingness to complete RBT training and certification requirements
- Passion for working with children and families
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary pediatric team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience working with children is a plus but not required

- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Provide one-on-one therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Collect and record accurate data regarding client progress and behavior
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment goals and therapy plans
- Collaborate with BCBAs and interdisciplinary team members
- Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
- Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive therapy environment
- Communicate effectively with families and caregivers
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
