As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families. You will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and a collaborative care team to support meaningful progress and life-changing outcomes.

Compensation: $17-$19/hour based on experience

Education: professional certificate
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or in progress
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Previous experience working with children, autism, or ABA therapy preferred
- Ability to pass a level-two background check and provide verifiable references

Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct ABA therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with consistency and accuracy
- Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions
- Maintain detailed and accurate daily progress notes and documentation
- Collaborate with behavior analysts and care coordinators to ensure effective treatment outcomes
- Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
