I have been in Medical Billing/ Management for more than 25 years. I have watched the charts shift from paper to digital and bills go from being printed on DOS printers to magically sending off through the internet, I have watched insurance improve.. and fall apart. And through it all the only thing that has not changed since the dark ages of the 1900’s, is that quality customer service will never never go out of style. I have two grown children, so when I am not working, I am traveling the United States with my husband and pug, she is the greatest 20 lbs of terror you will ever meet. Fun fact: since 2022, we have been to 43 states.
