The Pediatric Place is hiring for a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Job in Clinton, MO to join our multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team and help expand services within our growing Autism Center. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for a compassionate and motivated BCaBA who is passionate about helping children and families thrive through collaborative, evidence-based ABA services.
Located southeast of Kansas City, The Pediatric Place is a multidisciplinary pediatric private practice dedicated to empowering children and families through innovative care and community collaboration. Our team-focused environment allows clinicians to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact on the lives of the children we serve.
At The Pediatric Place, you are never working alone. Our BCaBAs collaborate closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, counselors, and dietitians to provide comprehensive support focused on treating the whole child.

What You’ll Do
As a BCaBA at The Pediatric Place, you will help implement and support individualized ABA programs for children while collaborating closely with a team of pediatric specialists to create meaningful outcomes for patients and families.
You will contribute to a positive and engaging therapy environment while supporting children through evidence-based behavioral strategies, parent education, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Compensation:
- Competitive salary ranging from $55,000 – $65,000 annually
- $2,500 sign-on bonus

Education: postgraduate degree
Qualifications:
- Current BCaBA certification/licensure required
- Experience designing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Experience mentoring and managing Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Passion for working with children and families
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary pediatric team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based pediatric care

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide behavioral support services for pediatric patients
- Manage, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with BCBAs and interdisciplinary therapy professionals
- Provide parent and caregiver education and support
- Assist in building and expanding ABA programming within the Autism Center
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records
- Participate in team meetings and collaborative care planning
- Create engaging and individualized treatment approaches for children
