Meg, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA

Meg  is an experienced behavior analyst and educator with a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), clinical supervision, and early childhood and elementary education. In her most recent role, as an Applied Behavioral Analyst Administrative Supervisor at a non-profit, she managed a team of BCBA’s and RBT’s in supervision and training of their clinical caseloads while simultaneously managing a caseload of adolescent to adult clients. In her role, she also conducted functional behavior assessments; as well as, collaboration with educational institutions to deliver ABA services in school settings.

Additionally, she worked as part of a collaborative leadership team to open a second Autism Clinic for the non-profit.

In 2019, prior to becoming an Administrative Supervisor, Meg’s work in ABA included clinical and school-based experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with clients ages three to thirteen. As a BCBA, Meg’s experience included creating and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and training staff and parents. Her
journey in ABA began in 2016 as a RBT where she worked across multiple settings (schools, clinic, and home) to increase meaningful outcomes for her clients.

Earlier in her career, she spent over a decade in public education, teaching 2nd and 4th grade, and later served as a Parent Educator in the Parents as Teachers program with Springfield Public Schools. She holds a Master’s in Instructional Technology and is licensed as both a teacher and a behavior analyst in Missouri.

Meg is known for her dedication to evidence-based practice, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and holistic support for clients across clinical, home, and school environments. She resides in Springfield, Missouri with her husband and three children. In her free time, she enjoys spending it reading, spending time with her family, volunteering, and enjoying time spent in nature.
