Brooke, BCBA
(ABA Director)
Brooke Allen has practiced as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2006 upon the completion of her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. It has been Brooke’s passion to ensure learners are provided opportunities to make their world larger through access to inclusive settings with equal opportunities in the community and schools. Her career aspirations have focused on the growth of ASD programs implementing ABA across a variety of settings, including: community, home, private and public schools, clinics, and Universities. Her expertise includes conducting behavioral assessments, providing behavior analytic interpretations, developing and implementing appropriate assessment and intervention methods for learners within schools, clinic and home settings, designing and implementing social skills programming, teaching others to deliver ethical behavior analytic interventions utilizing evidence-based research, and supervising the work of educators, BCBAs, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). Brooke has supervised the completion of nearly two dozen individuals seeking their BCBA, designed and implemented public and private school ASD classrooms, and contracted to numerous school districts to support students and staff. As a prior owner of an ABA clinic and as the Director of ABA for a large non-profit that employed thirty ABA staff, Brooke has navigated the processes of administration and management. These opportunities have yielded the design of a staff retention program and hands-on training series, increased access to a high demand-low supply therapy for ASD individuals across the lifespan, and assisted in creating coloration opportunities across disciplines, including SLP, OT, counseling, diagnostics, and psychiatry. Brooke enjoys spending time with her husband, Seth, and their three children (Caiden, Savannah, and Millie) traveling, watching movies, and narrating the thoughts of their dog, Molly! Each and every day, Brooke approaches her career with the mindset that “You were given your gift for the joy you may give in return.”
