At the Pediatric Place we offer a comprehensive evaluation by a speech-language pathologist, an occupational therapist and licensed professional counselor (LPC) to provide a whole child approach to address ALL areas of need when dyslexia is a concern.  

Our speech-language pathologists are uniquely qualified in addressing the foundations of dyslexia.  They have completed extensive post-graduate coursework and clinical study allowing the systematic assessment of your child’s phonological system (rule based system of sound organization), verbal language (spoken and comprehension), and written language (spelling and reading comprehension).
