Meet our staff

We rely on wonderful people to help keep The Pediatric Place running smoothly. From answering questions, managing insurance claims, managing patient accounts, and greeting/supporting our families, these individuals help make The Pediatric Place a wonderful place to work and play!

Jessica Schuler, Front Office Manager

Jessica has been the jack of all trades and the master of none. She has been married to her husband for 20 years. She is a mother of two boys. One is married and just gave them their first grandson and one who graduated high school and is working. She is a mother of a child with special needs. They discovered, when their youngest was in 2nd grade, that he has cerebral palsy with spastic diplegia. Jessi was my son's physical therapist and Carmen helped him with speech therapy in elementary school. They spent many years in the OT, ST and PT world, but little did she know that she would work with his therapist many years later. She has many years of office experience and has 4 years of medical coding and truly loves watching the kiddos blossom here!

Chasity Jenkins, Receptionist (Knob Noster location)

Chasity grew up in Arkansas and moved to Missouri after graduating high school. She graduated from UCM with a General Studies degree and Psychology minor. Chasity worked with the local Police Department in Knob Noster for 7 years. She had learned about The Pediatric Place shortly before applying to work with them. As a neurodivergent individual, who was diagnosed until later in life, Chasity loved the idea of a place helping kids with all of the different therapy types!

Brittany Pickens, Marketing Manager & Patient Care Coordinator

Brittany was raised in Urich, MO and is now residing outside of Deepwater, MO with her fiancé Chad, oldest son Parker Henry, youngest son Braden, and dog Drake Lee. She's also a proud Aunt of two nephews and niece. When she's not running around to ball games or doing something with the kids she can most likely be found reading. She has spent nearly the last seven years in banking and is looking forward to an exciting change of pace with The Pediatric Place.
