Jessica Lopez, RD, LD
Jessie is a licensed and registered dietitian. Jessie received her Bachelor of Science in
Dietetics and Nutrition at the University of Central Missouri. She has been in the field of
nutrition for over 8 years. Throughout her career, she has worked with children in a
variety of settings such as WIC and acute clinical environment. Jessie has always had a
passion for nutrition, cooking, and helping others. Jessie is a mom to two boys, whom
she absolutely adores.
